On-site IT and AI lead for a nuclear decommissioning facility. Built and deployed an AI tool that reduced daily project documentation time by 80%. Developing a procedure library search tool to expand access from credentialed personnel to the full team. Developed and enforces AI usage policy covering responsible use, access governance, and data handling in a compliance-sensitive environment. Trains engineers and technicians on AI-integrated workflows.

Primary in-house IT contact for a Bay Area energy tech company. Led deployment of SentinelOne (EDR) and Sublime Security for SOC 2 readiness. Built and owned the company’s AI usage policy covering data handling, security, and compliance. Managed IAM via Okta — user lifecycle, access provisioning, and security controls. Coordinated security initiatives with Latacora and IntrusionOps.

Co-founded Robotic Solutions, building automated systems and robotics technology. Leading technical vision, architecture decisions, and hands-on engineering from day one.

Led the IT decommissioning of Vallecitos Nuclear Center in partnership with NorthStar Group — full transfer of computer assets, networks, dosimetry equipment, and file servers. Led IT commissioning for the new Milpitas site. Supported 4,000+ end users across three sites at 99.5% uptime. Managed the VR Room, Nuclear Test Loop, and Exacqvision Security System buildouts.

Technical support and troubleshooting for 1,200+ end users across two sites at 99.5% uptime. Managed tickets via ServiceNow, conducted user training sessions, and produced knowledge base articles. Installed and maintained network infrastructure including switches and cabling.

On-site desktop support for SF Bay Area offices — workstation deployment, repair, and maintenance. Installed printers, scanners, routers, and switches for new office buildouts.

Taught elementary school students computer science fundamentals using Scratch.

Co-founded a computer vision and augmented reality startup. Oversaw the technical development of vision-based systems, leading a team building at the intersection of hardware sensors and software intelligence.
